An exotic fir growing in the North-East of Turkey. It is a tolerant, fully hardy species, neither sensitive in soils. Young trees are slender, cone-shaped and fast-growing, evolving rapidly into a spectacular plant! At more advanced age its erecting brown cones also decorate it.
In addition to its wonderful ornamental value, it is worth dealing with it for the purpose of forestry and of growing Christmas tree as well!
If using as a Christmas tree, we recommend it only in balls of soil, cutting it down is very rude!!!
