Its big mops of leaves consist of long, narrow leaves, which are decorated by longitudinal lighter and darker pink stripes at the variety Pink Passion! At an older age, it can bear small, fragrant, white flowers in large clusters. The natural habitat of the basic species is in the mountainous areas of Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand.
