It is a tree with shiny, dark green foliage. The spring snow-white blossoms are followed by edible, black coloured berry groups of high vitamin C content. The autumn foliage takes up a wonderful dark red colour! Its fruit contains extremely high amounts of antioxidants (the highest among all the fruits in the world!), which play key role in neutralizing the harmful substances in our body! It has an especially good effect on the heart and the circulatory system!
For drinking, its squeezed juice tastes quite acrid in itself, so it is advisable adding it to other juices (apple, grape, etc.!). Due to its excellent physiological effect, a regular consumption is highly recommended!
