By mulching, this extremely showy perennial plant is winter-hardy in our country (Hungary), too. Its special yellow-shade inflorescences decorate our surroundings from late spring to mid-summer. Whether or not the shoots can overwinter is uncertain, but it can be re-sowed if we gather seeds every year! In mild winters, the foliage also keeps its green colour. This plant can be grown as container plant as well.
