This is the dwarf form of Serbian Spruce; at first it has normal dense ball shape, but later becomes regular strongly dense conical shaped. The needles are bright-green on the upper side while their opposite sides are silvery, well-visible from afar so giving the foliage a silvery sheen. It is a precious, very nice sort of spruce!
