It is smaller in stature, an ornamental shrub, typically reaching 50-80 cm in height, the leaves are very decorative, mottled in green, butter-yellow and pink. Its yellow flowers usually decorate it from July to September. In milder winters it keeps its leaves, behaves as a deciduous only in tougher cold. It is a showy adornment at borders, flowerbeds and slopes, but can be used perfectly as mulch too!
