It is especially delicious, tastes fine sweet, totally resistant, yields very abundantly, ripens in September. Excellent for fresh consumption and making grape juice too! If it is harvested at a sufficient state of maturity, the taste will be very similar to that of Riesling, so Riesling type of wine with fruity character and excellent harmony of taste can be made from it. Certainly, you do not need to let it be fermented, in which case it will be very delicate, sweet grape juice, which (e.g. if stored frozen) can be enjoyed throughout the winter!
