French plum `Mirabelle de Nancy` is a vigorous, upright, 8-foot (2.5 m) tall and wide, self-pollinating variety producing abundant crops of classic yellow, small plums from September. The initially white flesh is honey-yellow when ripe, incredibly sweet, freestone and excellent to eat fresh or cooked.
