Peruvian Peppertree

(Schinus molle )
This plant is currently unavailable.

This pepper tree is native to the Peruvian Andes, 16.5-59 foot tall and  tolerates some frost, but it is better to keep it in a frost-free place for the winter.
The leaves are pinnate, 7.8-11.7 inches in size, hanging down vertically on the more advanced plants. Its extremely beautiful foliage is made even more showy by the round, reddish-coloured, long, hanging berry clusters which grow from the flowers!
