The leaves are dark green while their underside is silvery white and looking at the taller specimens from below offers a particular sight of colour effect!

It will be a narrow column-shaped, huge, imposing tree, which, with its almost white trunk, is one of the most beautiful poplars amongst the columnar sorts!

This tree is highly tolerant, with high ornamental value and is very spectacular either in groups, in a row or as solitaire too!
