JAPANESE PEAR `HOSUI`: There are many, who have reservations in connection with Japanese pears saying, that it is a rather unaromatic fruit type. We must dispel these misconceptions: this variety is a crispy, juicy pear with heavenly taste of a touch of rum aroma. The young tree shown in the picture produced so many fruit at the age of 3, that we had to support it by a stick so that it should not break under the weight of the fruit.
