 It is a crisp, juicy, sweet, aromatic, very delicate, beautiful, downy crimson-coloured, large American-bred apple, which ripens in October and suitable for winter storage. Its frost resistance is very good. An interesting feature of this apple is that its flesh does not turn brown when is cut, so excellent in salads too!
