This sort of apple originates from Transylvania and can be stored very well till even spring. The flesh is white, thick, tasty, firstly cracking, but melting when it is fully ripe. The fruit can be gathered from the beginning of October, its colour is greenish yellow with red washes on the sunny side. It tastes sweet-tart, a little bit spicy, a special flavoured apple with a lot of juice.
