It is a novelty by crossing two spice shrub species, which will be an 8-13-foot tall (2.5-4 m) and 6.5-10-foot wide (2-3 m) shrub in 10-20 years. By shape forming, it can even be raised to be a small tree. Its large, red wine coloured, pleasantly fragrant flowers are blooming continuously for a long time, from early summer till the end of it! It is not too demanding for the environment, can be raised easily, a very showy ornamental shrub!
