It is ripening through several weeks in a protracted way from the beginning of August. The apple is large, whitish-yellow, with reddish wash on the sunny side. The flesh is crispy, firm and juicy, tastes a bit acidic, neutral, mainly used as strudel apple. The tree grows quite vigorously, somewhat is prone to discontinuity, but otherwise yields abundantly, a hardened, unassuming, disease resistant variety.
