PEAR `EGERÁGI VAJKÖRTE` (butter pear from Egerág): a regularly productive variety, a very delicious and aromatic butter pear. Ripe in September, yellowish green in colour, a slightly crisp, rather melting flesh, juicy, very flavoury and sweet. Tree: medium vigour in growth, which is even more slowed down by the growing crop. Therefore it turns out to a relatively smaller size tree.
