Japanese Dwarf Sour Cherry

(Prunus tomentosa)
This plant is currently unavailable.

It is an especially interesting and valuable East-Asian fruit bearing plant, which - after blossoming in March or April - ripens its pleasantly sweet, tiny sour-cherry berries in June! (We have tasted it and is very delicious!) The small trees full of fruit are an impressive sight! This is a plant of extraordinary winter-hardiness, can be grown even in Siberia, but the Hungarian climate is perfect for it!
