 It`s a fast-growing, perennial plant with high ornamental value, which is excellent as a ground cover, whose main ornamental value is its dark purple, almost black leaves, which turn into dark bronze red colour in autumn. The dark blue flowers open in the second half of spring, in April and May.  USDA Zone 5a.
