Dwarf Japanese Pittosporum, Japanese Mock-orange, Japanese Cheesewood

(Pittosporum tobira `Nanum`)
2 500 Ft

This is a dwarf growing cultivar of the Chinese `Nanum` or Japanese Mock Orange! It is a roundish evergreen small shrub whose white porcelain spring flowers have intoxicating scent!
In the Mediterranean regions it is planted as a low hedgerow, but also very beautiful in tubs or as solitaire, moreover, we can keep it as a home plant in the brighter parts of the apartment. Its freshly appearing leaves are glistening dark green. Minus 8-10 degrees of centigrade does not cause any problems, so it can winter in any unheated room, press-house or garage, etc.
