 This is an Austrian cultivar which ripens in late August or early September. It has very good productivity, 15 tonnes per hectare on average. The flower and fruit of elderberry contain a multitude of valuable active ingredients, so they can have a versatile usage for food industrial, pharmaceutical and cosmetic purposes alike!
