Black Walnus

(Juglans nigra)
1 550 Ft

In its original area, eastern part of North America (between Massachusetts and Texas), it can reach even a height of 50 meters. It has spirally scattered positioned, odd-pinnately complex, serrated-edged leaves. Its spherical closed-husk roughly ribbed acorn type fruit reminiscent of hard-shell, is 5 cm wide in diameter and ripens in the second half of autumn. The wood is demanded in the furniture industry.
